Paul McPhail

A brilliant student at Glasgow School of Art, Paul McPhail, partner of the artist Jenny Saville, unveils a work largely inspired by realism. Very close to his partner’s style, it is well known that the two artists have greatly influenced each other. Their way of working the human body as well as the flesh has often been close to artists such as Lucian Freud, Egon Schiele or Chaïm Soutine.
